Return Policy

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you may return your Pine Marten order within 14 days of receipt, at your own cost, for a refund—provided the item is unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging.

We will refund the item cost only, excluding any original delivery charges. If we do not receive notification of return within 14 days, we will assume the item has been accepted. Any returns after this period are subject to our discretion.

Please check your order upon arrival. If any item is incorrect, damaged, or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours. We kindly ask for written notification via email, including a clear description and photos of the issue within 5 days of delivery. If the claim is accepted, we will offer either a replacement, a partial/full refund, or alternative resolution.

All returned items must be:

Properly packaged

Unworn and in resellable condition

Sent via a reliable courier with tracking

A handling fee of 20% may be deducted from your refund.

If damage or defect is not visible on first inspection, we must be informed within 24 hours of discovery. Late notifications may not be eligible for return or refund.

Please note: Custom or made-to-order items (e.g. limited-edition drops or personalized garments) cannot be cancelled after 48 hours from order time if production has begun. If returned, a deduction of up to 20% will be applied. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If an item is returned damaged due to improper handling or repackaging, we reserve the right to adjust the refund amount accordingly.
