RETURN and REFUND POLICY

At Pine Marten, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique apparel. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you received your goods without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@pinemartenfashion.com with your order number.

  • Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Full Refund: For standard returns within 14 days, we will refund the price of the product plus the cost of standard delivery.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@pinemartenfashion.com with a description and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Please note that items made to your specific specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., custom limited-edition prints specifically requested by the customer) cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

6. Deductions

A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary (e.g., stains, odors, or damage during return transit due to poor packaging).
